Midas complete upgrade of tallest building in Bristol

Castlemead ReceptionCastlemead; the tallest building in Bristol, has recently been part of a comprehensive refurbishment programme by Midas Interiors. The £3.3m project is repeat business for Midas Interiors with the client St Martin's Property Corporation Ltd.

Midas has refurbished five of the 16 floors to CAT A office specification, and also significantly enhanced the appearance of the ground floor reception area and entrance, providing a total of 35,678 sq ft of newly refurbished space to rent, in the heart of Bristol's leisure area.

Derek Quinn, Executive Director, Midas Interiors, said:

"We are delighted to be able to hand the building back to St Martin's.  The team has worked hard to complete the project on time, with the many different challenges that working in an occupied building brings; in particular the differing needs of each tenant".

The building is next door to the newly opened Cabot Circus shopping centre in the centre of Bristol, which is opposite a further Midas site; the ongoing construction of the Future Inns Cabot Circus hotel.
