Midas celebrates award win for its focus on customer service
Midas Construction is celebrating winning a prestigious business award for its customer service.
The company, which is part of the Midas Group, was announced as winner of the Customer Excellence Award at the Business Leader South West Awards, which took place at Ashton Gate, in Bristol, on Thursday, September 28.
Midas Group is one of the UK's largest independent construction and property services providers and the award reflects Midas’s focus on putting industry-leading customer satisfaction and performance at the heart of everything the company does.
Award judges heard how Midas had achieved impressive 82% average customer satisfaction scores for the 12 months to May 2017. The company has a range of training and apprenticeship schemes in place, to ensure it has a highly-trained workforce, as well as a series of measures to track performance and drive communications with customers as it aims to forge long term and mutually beneficial relationships.
It’s a strategy which is already showing success and Midas now has more than 75% of its projects being carried out on a repeat business basis.
Derek Quinn, Executive Director for Midas Construction, said he was delighted to accept the award on behalf of the company.
He added: “Our Vision at Midas is not only to be leaders in customer service and performance but also to be recognised as such by our customers, potential customers, our own industry and the wider business community.
