This project consisted of the retail fit-out to a new developer's store shell, just off Cowbridge High Street. Works comprised the installation of an M+E plant and associated features, including refrigeration and ducting apparatus, the laying of terrazzo flooring, ceiling fitting and associated electrical components, goods shelves, and meat, fish and delicatessen counters. GIA = 28,000 ft²
