Midas was contracted to build 14 luxury apartments, providing prestigious, secure homes with striking architecture set next to the Exe Estuary, a nature site managed by the RSPB and Devon Wildlife. The finished development included two and three bedroom apartments with views over the Exe Estuary, and a bespoke duplex penthouse. All apartments were finished with high quality modern kitchen and bathroom design, oak veneered doors, low energy light fittings, high security locking system and zoned underfloor heating. Additional features include covered garages and parking spaces, remote gated entry, high performance double glazing and insulation, balconies with glass and stainless steel balustrades and high performing acoustic properties.
