    The new Waitrose store is part of the Old Livestock project; the first major retail development in Hereford for over 25 years. Works included a new terrazzo floor, M+E and refrigeration services, new internal partition walling to achieve Waitrose's desired layout, food section counters, customer coffee shop and toilets. New wall and ceiling finishes were applied and all signage installed. Back of house works included the installation of M+E services and new staff facilities (toilets, shower rooms, canteen, cash office), a plant room enclosure and refrigerated and freezer storage rooms in the warehouse. Other installations included a new generator with air handling units and refrigeration and chiller plant, a full plant room the roof and a Building Management System. GIA = 22,690 ft², Sales floor area = 15,489 ft²
