Academy

Set up in 2005, The Midas Academy provides training and development opportunities to the Group.

The aim of the Academy is “To provide the Group with a structured bespoke training regime to ensure staff development at all levels of the business”

The Academy centrally co-ordinates training and development across the Group using a sophisticated database that ensures not only that Health & Safety qualifications are continuously kept up to date, but that our courses and programmes in management, commercial and technical skills are carried out throughout its training year.

The Academy has development opportunities across a range of locations, with training facilities availible in Cardiff, Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth, Indian Queens (Cornwall) and Romsey.
