Project Information
The project comprises the construction of 38 one- and two-bedroom later living apartments with a contiguous piled basement car park, piled foundations with a five-storey reinforced concrete frame and a lightweight sixth level. The building has clad in brick and glass with feature external balconies.
Each apartment has a living room, kitchen with integrated appliances, bedrooms, and bathrooms with walk-in showers. One-bedroom apartments have an en-suite bathroom; two-bedroom apartments have a central bathroom. Top floor apartments include external terraces, with balconies to the other apartments. The internal communal areas include a shared kitchen, lounge and bar, with a gallery overlooking the central lawn and providing access to each apartment.
