Project details:

This design and build project comprised of 17 luxury apartments for later living in a three-storey apartment block in Poole, Dorset. This costal building features a studio guest suite and a basement for car parking. Midas constructed the basement with a contiguous piled retaining wall, with reinforced concrete frame construction to the apartment block.

External elevations are face brickwork, timber cladding and glazed balconies with a flat roof laid to falls. The project was shortlisted for the 2017 RIBA South West Awards and achieved a customer satisfaction survey score of 89% at practical completion.
