The brief for Glasney Parc Student Accommodation scheme was to create a student village offering accommodation for 500 students, which would act as a flagship for the Combined Universities in Cornwall initiative – designed to attract higher education students to the region and to offer students in Cornwall a way of continuing their education without leaving the county.
