Midas were engaged by Land Securities to refurbish and fit out a number of residential blocks of apartments adjacent to their new Town Centre regeneration in Exeter.

The scheme posed difficult logistical issues, for example the levels of access were constantly changing, making scheduling of deliveries and programming of works subject to last minute changes throughout.

Ultimate flexibility and the ability to work alongside other parties allowed the Midas team to adapt to the changes, which included the closing of the main site access road and letting of part of the building mid-contract.

We also had to factor in working alongside the Management Contractor for the new Town Centre scheme in co-ordination of the works, traffic management, deliveries etc.
