Our staff at Midas are the lifeblood of our business and pivotal to our continued success.

The quality of service and the professionalism that they provide has a direct influence on the high level of repeat business we enjoy.

To ensure we continue to develop staff to their full potential, we have set up the award-winning Midas Academy. This provides bespoke in-house training, allowing individuals to fulfil their own personal development goals.

Our dedicated Head of People, Ian Bassett, oversees all matters affecting Midas staff. We recently completed our first group-wide staff survey, with staff rating job satisfaction an average seven out of ten.
