The quality of service and the professionalism that they provide has a direct influence on the high level of repeat business we enjoy.

To ensure we continue to develop staff to their full potential, we have set up the award-winning Midas Academy. This provides bespoke in-house training, allowing individuals to fulfil their own personal development goals.

Our third annual group-wide staff survey saw the maintenance of our employee satisfaction levels at an average 7.4 out of 10, with particularly strong feedback in relation to 'respect at work'.
