New Exeter retail and trade counter development in prime trading location

The £4.5 million Alphington Retail Park Scheme includes 4 units and 74 parking spaces with planning consent for Bulky Goods retail and warehouse/trade counter floor space..

The accommodation comprises 23,300 sq ft and units 1 and 2 (9,800 sq ft) have been pre-let to Belron UK Trading as Autoglass while retail units 3 (4,600 sq ft) and 4 (8,900 sq ft) are to be speculatively built.  These are currently being marketed by joint agents Alder King and Macarthur Wilson.

Contractors Midas Construction began work on December 3rd 2012 with practical completion scheduled for June 2013.
