This project comprised the development of a new retirement village in Westbury, Wiltshire with 26 independent living units and 42 assisted living units.
Two and three-storey building house apartments offer a wide range of layouts and features, including heated towel rails in bathrooms, wall light points to living rooms and bedrooms and recessed down-lighters in hallways, kitchens and bathrooms. All apartments are finished to a very high specification including energy efficient heating and hot water systems to make for a highly comfortable living environment.
The scheme incorporated a 24-hour emergency staff response system, gated entrance and entry phone system for safety and security, as well as the construction of a number of communal facilities including an on-site restaurant, doctor's surgery, bar and lounge, a therapy centre, games room and shop.
Ideally located near to the town with panoramic views over the surrounding area, this development provides everything needed for an enjoyable retirement.
