The building work consisted of traditional pad foundations, reinforcemed beams and a ground bearing slab. The super structure included a steel frame construction, block and brick perimeter wall with a composite cladding top section, and the roof was built up by metal decking with single ply membrane.

The project was completed with high spec finishes including joinery and suspended ceilings with incorporated bulkhead sections.

Additionally, Midas Retail provided external works to the client's car park including remedial works to the roof of an underground culvert which remained active at all times.
