‘After leaving Midas in April 2006 with some 6 ½ years service behind me, it was only 11 months later that I found myself rejoining the company.
My main reasons for doing so, were that I felt that because of the structure that existed within the business and the size of the South Wales Division there was far more opportunity for me to progress my career to the next level.
Since rejoining Midas they have been true to their word, and I have been involved in different commercial aspects that will provide a good grounding for the next steps of my career development.
