This concept home and food store for Marks & Spencer consisted of a complete fit-out of a developer's shell within the new Cardiff Capital Retail Park.

Over 24 weeks, Midas constructed the store including a mezzanine sales floor, escalators, lifts, walls, ceilings, flooring, mechanical plant, lighting, decoration, signage, toilets and an outstanding concept café.

This ultra modern store was completed to a standard that delighted the client and has set the bar for future works.
