Midas Interiors has recently completed the 13th floor of the newly named Lewins Place. The site has been fitted out for marketing purposes and the managing agent DTZ and Lambert Smith Hampton, are now showing prospective occupiers around the space.
Midas Interiors was awarded the £10.8 m contract to carry out a full CAT A refurbishment of the 105,000 sq ft office building in March 2008. The programme will rejuvenate the two towers of the building, one of which is 14 floors (West Tower) and the other eight floors (East Tower) into modern office space. As well as fitting out the floor plates, refurbishing the plant rooms, extensive works to the external fabric and new lifts, Midas has also created a new reception entrance on the ground floor and carried out glazed cladding to the outside of the building and external landscaping.
Derek Quinn, Executive Director, Midas Interiors, said:
"We were delighted to have been awarded this contract and it is great to be involved with rejuvenating this substantial office space in the heart of Bristol."
