Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall followed the same format as the Naked Chef's flagship London restaurant, taking 20 students each year from disadvantage backgrounds to train to become professional chefs.
The restaurant is located on the top floor of an existing beachfront building in Newquay. The fit out included features such as a fine art and graffiti frieze produced by local artists, a herb garden and a meandering light installation across the full lengh of the room.
This was a fast track fit out which required us progressing on site both day and night in order to achieve our client's completion date. The design was developed whilst we were delivering this scheme on site, which required us to work closely with the client's design team and maintain close co-ordination with our supply chain in order to deliver this scheme.
