History

From small beginnings more than 30 years ago, the Midas Group has become one of the largest independent property services company in the South and one of the fastest-growing businesses of its type in the UK, with a turnover of over £230m and 550 staff.

Founded in 1976, Midas began life as a small local building and civil engineering company in Devon. However, growth has been driven over the years by ambitious and innovative management teams who have taken the business into new sectors and geographic locations by focusing on customer needs. This includes regional office locations throughout the South West and South Wales and specialist divisions focusing on Retail, Interiors, Fit-Out, Affordable Housing and Property Development.
