Customers & Suppliers

Our vision is to be widely acclaimed for industry leading performance and customer service.

So with every project Midas works on, the overriding aim is to exceed the expectations of our customers. The fact that over three quarters of our projects result from repeat business with existing customers is testament to this.

We have also introduced a range of Key Performance Indicators to measure customer satisfaction with our service and product delivery. In order to gauge our customers' satisfaction, we ask them to evaluate our performance before, during and after each project. Currently the average score at Practical Completion is 83%, measured against our target benchmark of 80%.

Our subcontractors and suppliers are a vital part of our business and we work as an integrated team with our supply chain to provide safe and healthy working conditions for everyone working with Midas.

We have introduced our own assessment system to regularly evaluate the performance of our supply chain and operate a formal Approved List in order to maintain the highest possible calibre of workmanship and service. We continue to raise awareness with our suppliers of the environmental and social effects of materials procurement and ensure that environmental credentials are considered throughout the supply chain appraisal process.

Where possible we will endeavour to identify and offer sustainable alternative products to our customers and give preference to local suppliers and subcontractors.
