This scheme, undertaken over a 43 week period comprised the refurbishment of an existing three storey (plus basement) office, formerly used as a Call Centre, and associated amenities building into air conditioned office facilities, with extensive data installations for the Avon & Somerset Police. Ancillary works include associated drainage, external services and the re-configuration of the existing car park and security fences.
