As a business which works in the heart of many communities, Midas realises the importance of engaging in consultation with those communities, as well as contributing to the economic and social wellbeing of that area.

Midas staff recognise the importance of acting professionally and considerately at all times, especially when dealing with members of the public, and are aware that respect of communities can never be taken for granted and must continue to be earned.

Midas actively encourages participation in community projects, with staff undertaking many hours of voluntary work and charity fundraising. In 2006 Midas staff raised nearly £8,000 for charities and has a target of at least £10,000 in 2007.
