Midas completed this refurbishment and fit-out of a 19,576 square feet educational space from Category A over two floors.

The works included fitting out the IT resource / library and reception areas to the ground floor, including works to the comms room, disabled WC and feature staircase.

The fitting out of the main teaching area to the first floor included SGR rooms, oral skills rooms, staff areas, additional WC provisions, break-out and vending facilities.
