Project: 17000 sq ft Office Development. A single building capable of sub-division for sale or lease.

The total value of the contract was £2.6 million with high specifications and acoustic requirements. With the scheme some 25 meters from the M4 Motorway, emphasis being acoustic works with windows and cladded roof to high specifications.

The building was purpose built for the Acorn Group and associated partners.

Midas Construction were so impressed with the scheme that they acquired a percentage of ground floor office accommodation as a base for their South Wales regional office.
