Midas built a new £3.6 million business centre for Basepoint to provide a wide range of flexible business accommodation for businesses in the area.

The new build centre consists of a three-storey and a two-storey office block, as well as two single-storey light industrial workshops.

Accommodation within the business centre spans a range of business needs including micro units, suitable for one person businesses; larger linked business suites; drive-up studio units; and a wide range of spacious workshop units, some with mezzanine office floors.
