The project consisted of the turn key fit-out of a developers shell building within a new out of town shopping centre to form a Borders book and music retail unit incorporating a Starbucks Café outlet.

The project included the installation of a new mezzanine floor structure to hold the stockroom, staff areas and Starbucks offer as well as all AVAC, lighting, music systems, floor wall and ceiling finishes and specialist book, video and music display and review equipment.

Close liaison and co-ordination with the Developer and Contractors fitting out the adjacent retail units to ensure the successful combined launch of the Retail Park.
