The development comprises 5 blocks of semi detached and terraced industrial/business units. The units are of steel portal framed construction with combinations of horizontal and vertical plastic coated profiled steel cladding to the external walls and roof.
The new industrial / business unit development is located off Wilson Way on the Barncoose Industrial Estate, Redruth. Barncoose Industrial Estate is located midway between the towns of Camborne and Redruth being the largest urban area in Cornwall.
A new access/link road will shortly be constructed at the eastern end of the Barncoose Industrial Estate that will provide much improved accessibility to Redruth and the main A30.
The front elevations incorporate glazed entrance doors and windows together with access loading doors. The height to eaves is 6m approx. Internally each unit has a reception/office area together with toilet facilities.
Each unit has its own forecourt area with car and disabled car parking and bicycle rack facilities. A common service provides the access to each of the eleven units. This project is part financed by the European Union. Working with Objective One - Objective One Partnership for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
