Project Oxygen is the new green HQ of ATASS Ltd, a statistical research and investment company. The building of 40,000 ft2 is constructed using the latest sustainable building techniques including photovoltaic panels, solar shading, intelligent lighting systems, rainwater harvesting and air source heat pumps.
The building utilises a three storey concrete frame for its thermal mass benefits. Externally the building envelope incorporates zinc cladding, a mixture of standing seam and single ply roof finishes together with curtain walling, structural glazing and composite cladding elevational treatments.
Externally the project will develop the infrastructure of the Exeter Business Park together with additional car parking, recreational facilities and soft landscaping requirements, promoting staff health and fitness whilst being mindful of existing tenants nearby.
